Method
- Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F).
- Heat beef for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature of 60°C (140°C).
- Spread 7 ml (1 1/2 tsp) each Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on half of bread slices.
- Top with 60 g (2 oz) beef, 10 ml (2 tsp) cheese, 1 slice onion, 2 slices tomato, and remaining slice of bread.
- Cut sandwich into quarters and serve immediately.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with dill pickle slice.
Serve with tossed green salad.
