- Combine mayonnaise and cranberry sauce into cranberry-mayo condiment, set aside in refrigerator to cool.
- Open each bun and spread 15 ml of cranberry-mayo on the top half of the bun. Build the sandwich with a hot turkey patty on the bottom, add 1 slice of tomato, 1 thin slice of onion and then cover with shredded lettuce. Top with bun and serve.
- Cook turkey burger to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
Serve with three bean salad and vegetable sticks (crudites)
