Method
- Preheat convection oven to 375'F/190'C. Score thawed Chicken Wieners in a crisscross pattern and place on parchment-lined sheet pan(s). Brush wieners with melted garlic spread, Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned for ~ 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165'F/74'C for a minimum of 15 seconds.
- Meanwhile, brush the inside of the hotdog buns on both sides with melted garlic spread. Place cooked chicken wieners inside each bun and place in 2" deep insert pans side by side.
- Sprinkle each hotdog with 28 g/1 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese. Place in preheated convection oven at 375'F/190'C for ~2-4 minutes until the cheese is melted. If not serving immediately cover with lid or foil. CCP-Hold at >140'F/60'C until service.
Suggested Accompaniments
Serve with mustard, sweet potato or french fries and coleslaw (sides not included in the nutritional information).
