Method
- In large bowl or pan, combine the honey, barbeque sauce, ketchup, garlic powder and lemon juice. Add the Pork Drummies and toss to coat completely, place on a greased baking pans.
- Place the baking pans, into an oven pre-heated to 350 F (175 C) and bake until the Pork Drummy begins to crackle and sauce carmelizing begins, and has reached a temperature of 160 F/70 C.
