| Oriental vegetable mix, frozen | 1 kg | 2.2 lbs |
| Parsley, chopped | 30 ml | 2 tbsp |
Method
- Place Maple Leaf Meatballs in steam table pan. Cover and thaw in refrigerator.
- Pour Honey Garlic sauce over meatballs. Stir well.
- Stir in vegetables.
- Cover and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C).
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with chopped parsley
Serve with cooked rice, pasta, egg noodles or mashed potatoes and a colourful vegetable.
