- Place pork chips in a re-sealable plastic bag along with mustard and mayonaise. Season with salt and pepper and massage mixture into pork chops.
- Place pretzels in another resealable bag and crush into crumbs using a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor 20-30 times.
- Toss pork chops into the pretzel crumbs. The dressing on the chops will allow pretzel crumbs to adhere.
- Place coated pork chops on baking sheets without overlapping. Drizzle oil over the top for browing effect in cooking. Place in a pre-heated 375 F(176 C). Bake until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160 F (71 C).
