Method
- Preheat oven to 177°C (350°F).
- Heat pot roast for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).
- Spread bottom half of Kaiser buns with 10 ml (2 tsp) mustard. Top with 60 g (2 oz) pot roast, 30 ml (2 tbsp) each shredded cheese and onions.
- Place in oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Place on plate and top with roll. Serve immediately.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with pickled vegetables.
Serve with German potato salad.
