Pineapple chunks in juice | 800 ml | 3.4 cups |
Vinegar, white or cider | 125 ml | 4.2 Fl oz |
Soya sauce, light | 10 ml | 2 tsp |
Green peppers, chopped | 225 g | 7.9 oz |
Pepper, black | 15 ml | 1 tbsp |

Method
- Place Maple Leaf Meatballs in steam table pan. Cover and thaw in refrigerator.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Cover and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C). Garnish with crunchy noodles. Note: May also be cooked on stove top.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with Steam Fried Crunchy Chow Mein Noodles.
Serve with cooked rice, pasta, egg noodles or mashed potatoes and a colourful vegetable.
