Featured Maple Leaf Product: Broiled Meatballs (40118)

| Beef gravy, prepared from mix, low sodium | 1 l | 4.2 cups |
| Pineapple Curry Sauce | 500 ml | 2.1 cups |
| Pineapple, cubed, drained | 800 ml | 3.4 cups |
| Coriander, chopped | 30 ml | 2 tbsp |
Method
- Place Maple Leaf Meatballs in steam table pan. Cover and thaw in refrigerator.
- Prepare beef gravy mix according to package directions.
- Add Pineapple Curry sauce to gravy. Stir well.
- Pour gravy mixture over meatballs. Stir in pineapple.
- Cover and bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 55-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F (75°C). Note: May also be cooked on stove top.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with coriander, chopped.
Serve with cooked rice, pasta, egg noodles or mashed potatoes and a colourful vegetable.
