Method
- Place Maple Leaf breaded pork cutlette on baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 20 min or an internal temperature of 165 F degrees.
- Chop apples in a small dice and add them to a medium sauce pan and sauté for two minutes.
- Add plum tomatoes to the sauce pan with apples and stir frequently to break up tomatoes.
- Finely chop the onion and add to sauce pan along with vinegar, the sweet onion vinaigrette and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low; simmer for one hour or until thick.
- Plate with accompaniments and serve.
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with apple relish or on the side.
Serve with a mashed or boiled potatoes and green vegetables.
