Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Place pork chops in full steam pans.
- In large mixing bowl, combine apricots, beef au jus, oregano, basil, vinegar, pepper, syrup and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir to combine. Pour over pork chops. Cover pan with foil.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pork reaches 165°F (74°C).
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with a slivered or finely chopped apricots. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans (nutritional analysis not included in totals).
