Method
- Cut each bun and toast if desired. Preheat Pork Rib to 160 F / 70 C in pre-heated 350 F (175 C) oven. Put rib into bun.
- Make asian slaw with the remaining ingredients and place 70g portion of asian slaw on top of pork rib.
- Alternately, use an asian flavoured sauce for extra flavour as desired. (Nutritional analysis will be different)
