Method
- Lay out pork cutlettes on a baking sheet that has been lightly greased. Bake breaded pork cutlettes to an internal temperature of 165 F (60 C).
- On the cooked pork cutlette, layer tomato sauce (30 ml/1 fl oz), roasted peppers (25 ml/0.9 fl oz)) and top with mozzarella cheese (21 g/0.75 oz slice).
- Build the pork sandwich by placing the pork cutlette stack onto an open bottom of a ciabatta or hoagie type bun. Serve Hot.
- Garnish with additional condiments on the side , like BBQ sauce (not included in the nutritional analysis).
Suggested Accompaniments
Serve with a cabbage slaw salad or a Greek-type salad (not included in the nutritional analysis).
