Method
- Defrost grounds in the refrigerator overnight. Pre-heat oil in a large pot, add the Lightlife Ground crumbles, onions, corn and garlic. Saute for 3-5 minutes or until the onions start to turn golden.
- Add seasonings and mix. Add tomato products and kidney beans; simmer for 30 minutes. Add water as necessary. Heat to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with fresh herb sprigs.
Serve with Spanish rice and vegetables (nutritional analysis not included).
