Asian Pulled Chicken Slaw

Schneiders Pulled Chicken 1.5 Kg 3.3 lbs
Napa Cabbage, shredded 2.35 L 10 cups
Carrots, Fresh, shredded 1.18 L 5 cups
Red Peppers, finely diced 355 mL 1.5 cups
Ginger, minced 15 ml 1 Tbsp
Asian Sesame Dressing 480 mL 2 cups
Lemon Herb mixture 45 mL 3 Tbsp

Method

  • 1. Cut all ingredients to shredded sizes desired. Mix all ingredients except pulled chicken to coat with dressing. Add the pulled chicken and finish by gently tossing in the chicken to keep the chicken shreds large.
  • 2. Store at 4 C (40 F) or lower until service.

Suggested Accompaniments

Garnish by serving on a lettuce leaf.

Serve with a warm garlic bread or dinner roll (nutritional analysis not included).
