|Red Peppers, finely diced||355 mL||1.5 cups|
|Ginger, minced||15 ml||1 Tbsp|
|Asian Sesame Dressing||480 mL||2 cups|
|Lemon Herb mixture||45 mL||3 Tbsp|
- Defrost Pulled Chicken in the refrigerator overnight. Cut all ingredients to shredded sizes desired. Mix all ingredients except pulled chicken to coat with dressing. Add the pulled chicken and finish by gently tossing in the chicken to keep the chicken shreds large.
- Store at 4 C (40 F) or lower until service.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley & serve on a lettuce leaf.
Accompany with a slice of warm garlic bread or dinner roll (nutritional analysis not included).
