Method
- Lay out bacon slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet, without overlapping slices. Bake in a pre-heated 350 F oven for 10 minutes, partially cooking the bacon but do not make crisp or fully cooked.
- Wrap each All Beef hot dog with 1 slice of bacon. Cook on a pre-heated outdoor barbecue or on parchment-lined baking sheets in the oven at 350F. Cook until hot dogs and bacon have reached an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
- Build each hot dog by splitting open each bun, placing some finely chopped onions, mustard and ketchup on the bottom of each bun, then placing the bacon-wrapped wiener into the bun.
Suggested Accompaniments
