Method
- Preheat convection oven to 400'C/200'C.
- Place cooked chicken breast cutlet on parchment lined baking sheet. Spoon over 2 Tbsp/30 ml of spaghetti sauce on each chicken cutlette.
- Place 1/2 slice (10 grams) mozzarella cheese on top of the spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Ensure internal temperature of chicken reaches 165'F/74'C and is held for 15 seconds. Sprinkle parsley on top as a garnish.
- Serve 1 Baked Chicken Parmesan per serving.
Suggested Accompaniments
Serve with spaghetti or zucchini noodles and a caesar salad (sides not included in the nutritional information).
