|Bacon, low sodium, diced||375 g||13 oz|
|Iceberg Lettuce, shredded||250 g||9 oz|
|Tomatoes, fresh, diced||625 g||1 lb 6 oz|

|Hot Dog Bun, no seeds, 54 g/1.9 oz||25 each||25 each|
|Mayonnaise||375 ml||1 1/2 cup|
- Roughly chop the bacon and cook in skillet until desired crispiness. Place on paper towels; set aside for later step.
- Shred the iceberg lettuce and dice the fresh tomatoes. Set aside for service.
- Cook the wiener your favourite way-boil, steam or grill. Boiling Method: place all meat wieners in boiling water. Reduce heat, simmer for 3-5 minutes. Do not boil or pierce skins to avoid splitting. Cook to an internal temperature of 160'F/71'C held for at least 15 seconds.
- At point of service to assemble Hotdog: Spread 15 mls/1 Tbsp mayonnaise inside both sides of the bun and then place the meat Wiener inside bun. Place 15 mls (10g) shredded lettuce and 15 mls (25 g) diced tomatoes on top of the wiener. Generously drizzle with 15 gr of chopped bacon.
Serve with raw vegetables & dip and potato chips/french fries (sides not included in the nutritional information)
