- Preheat convection oven at 325'F/165'C.
- Prepare sauce: in a large heavy stockpot, heat canola oil on medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes including the juice to the pot. Add the barbeque sauce and increase the heat to medium high and simmer for ~10 minutes. Reduce the sauce until thick and stir often to prevent burning. Remove from heat.
- Spray a 2 inch deep insert pan with cooking spray and place the sliced deli roast beef in pan. Pour over the prepared sauce and cover with lid/foil. Heat in oven for ~30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165'F/74'C for a minimum of 15 seconds.
- Serve 4 slices (96 g/3.4 oz) Braised BBQ Beef per serving. CCP-Maintain >140'F/60'C; discard unused product.
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus/brussel sprouts or green beans (sides not included in nutritional information).
