- Preheat convection oven to 350'F/177'C. Place frozen chicken tenders on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for ~20 minutes; turn after 10 minutes to ensure even browning on all sides. Cook to an internal temperature of 165'F/74'C held for 1t least 15 seconds. Slice chicken tenders into thin strips to place on salad at point of service. Chill.
- Place romaine lettuce in large bowl and toss with dressing.
- Portion 250 mls of salad on each plate and top with 80 grams of chilled, sliced chicken tenders. Garnish with 15 ml croutons, 5 ml parmesan cheese and 5 g crumbled bacon. Serve immediately or cover and chill until service.
Garnish with lemon wedge and serve with toasted garlic bread or crusty bun (sides not included in the nutritional information).
