Ingredients
| Metric | Imperial | |
|---|---|---|
| Maple Leaf Cooked Diced Turkey | 1.5 Kg | 3.3 lbs |
| Lemon Juice | 125 mL | 4.1 Fl oz |
| Canola Oil | 30 mL | 2 Tbsp |
| Mustard, yellow | 30 mL | 2 Tbsp |
| Chili Powder | 15 mL | 1 Tbsp |
| Paprika | 45 mL | 3 Tbsp |

| Balsamic Vinegar | 45 mL | 3 Tbsp |
| Salt | 10 mL | 2 tsp |
Method
- Preheat convection or combi oven to roast at 350 F. Defrost diced turkey fully so that seasonings stick and cook better on the turkey when fully defrosted.
- In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, canola oil, mustard, chili powder, paprika, garlic, tomato sauce and balsamic vinegar. Mix with a whisk to combine. Add turkey to bowl and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Lay out the seasoned diced turkey on parchment lined baking sheets, roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the heat in the oven. Ensure the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C) prior to service.
Suggested Accompaniments
Serve with green salad garnished with tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and a vinaigrette dressing (side salad not included in nutritional analysis).
