- Pre-heat pan on stove and add oil. Saute onions on low heat until tender and starting to turn light brown. Add pulled meat, BBQ sauce and water; simmer for 10 minutes, heating the chicken to an internal temperature of 160 F (70 C).
- Divide equally on the bun bottoms and finish by topping each slider with a bun top. Serve hot.
Garnish with a pickle slide.
Serve with a garden salad or vegetable sticks and dip (nutritional analysis not included).
