Method
- In a large pan, add all ingredients and mix gently. Cover pan(s) with foil and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 1 hour or until cooked, heating the beef to an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C).
Suggested Accompaniments
Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
Serve with a side salad with a raspberry vinaigrette.
