- Pre-heat large pan or grill and add canola oil. When oil is hot, add the blanched carrots, broccoli florets and mushrooms and toss gently until tender.
- Heat chicken dippers in a preheated oven until an internal temperature of 165 F (74 C) is reached and the chicken is fully cooked. Add to vegetables.
- Add the Sweet & Sour sauce to the mixture and toss gently until the dish is combined.Garnish with thinly sliced green onions if desired (not included in nutritional analysis)Variations could include different vegetables to the stir fry (not included in nutritional analysis).
Serve on a bed of steamed white or brown rice.
