- Preheat convection oven to 325'F/165'F. Place frozen meatballs in a greased 2" deep full-sized insert pan.
- In a small saucepan, heat the marmalade, orange juice, two-thirds of the green onions and finely chopped jalapeno. Remove from heat and pour over meatballs; stir gently.
- Cover with foil and heat in the oven for ~59 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of ~165'F/74'C held for a minimum of 15 seconds.
- At point of service, serve 6 meatballs per serving with additional sauce. Garnish with remaining chopped green onions.
Serve over top of steamed rice and buttered mixed vegetables (sides not included in the nutritional information).
