- Cut the deli roast beef into julienne strips. Cover with wrap. CCP-Maintain <40'F/4'C until ready to assemble salad.
- Wash, dry and chop the romaine lettuce and place in a large bowl.
- Wash and prepare the red peppers, and English cucumbers; julienne into strips and add to the romaine lettuce. Also add the julienne carrot strips to the bowl.
- Right before service, add the salad dressing to the bowl and toss the salad mixture.
- At the point of service, place the lettuce mixture at the bottom of each plate/bowl. Place 48 g/1.7 oz sliced roast beef in the centre of the salad. Serve immediately.
May garnish with fresh basil and serve with a crusty roll (sides not included in the nutritional information).
