- The day before thaw the cooked Italian crumble in the refrigerator at 4'C/40'F or lower.
- Place the thawed, Italian crumble in a large pot and break apart.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, sugar, onion and seasonings to the Italian crumble. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thickened about 30 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 165;F/74'C held for at least 15 seconds.
Serve over any type of cooked noodles or cooked spaghetti squash noodles and a tossed garden salad (sides not included in the nutritional information)
